Take the TestLiving with DiabetesLearn more about diabetesLearn more about your risks for complications for diabetesThe American Diabetes Association along with a company called Archimedes (affiliated with Kaiser Permanente) to develop software that assesses personal risk of diabetes and of diabetes related complications. The software is called, PhD and is located on the American Diabetes website. In order to access the software, you will need to establish a user id and password. You will also need to have your latest A1c value, your average blood pressure, your LDL and HDL cholesterol values and the names of your diabetes, blood pressure and cholesterol medicines.
