The North Carolina Diabetes Branch serves as a clearinghouse for diabetes resources throughout our state. The links below connect to websites designed to assist with healthcare information and resources.

To locate a diabetes health care provider or support group, etc. in your county, please refer to N.C. Healthinfo.

To locate a federally qualified health center in North Carolina, where treatment is provided on a sliding scale, please refer to the NC Community Health Center Association.

To locate a free clinic in North Carolina, please refer to the North Carolina Association of Free Clinics.

For assistance with diabetes medications and testing supplies, please visit the Partnership for Prescription Assistance.
Note: You will need to answer several questions about your medications, and demographics including household income to determine eligibility; but this site is very comprehensive
