Project DIRECT

Project DIRECT was a large community-based intervention for diabetes. The project was conducted through a cooperative agreement between the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, Wake County Human Services and the local community of Southeast (SE) Raleigh. It received funding from 1991-2008. Please click on this link for an overview of the Project.
